GtaOnline property for sale, could we see these available on nextgen?

Hello everyone!
I've always loved the idea of being able to buy a mansion somewhere in Los Santos for your GTAO character! The Apartments are great but when you've got money sat there in your bank and you're being used to having a beautiful home on story mode, it's so tempting!
So whilst on a bit of free roam fun myself and my hubby drove through Richman and looked at the 'for sale' properties! Could we see these available to purchase on the nextgen edition? ... I hope so!

^There's even a half build, imagine logging onto the Internet and requesting a certain size property or selecting options available, size/garden/interior!
I'd also love to see an array of available activities to enjoy in or surrounding your  home, such as a gym, a basket ball hoop, pinball machine, football table, and Id also like an option to play your own music in your home!

The most beautiful property for sale on the map at the moment is ;

This property is stunning! Ample outdoor space, with a beautiful infinity pool and amazing views!

The properties we found available in the Richman and surrounding areas are;

At the beginning mission with Franklin and Lemar you start off collecting 2 cars from this property, it's online with a for sale sign! So maybe we could see this property available sometime!

I've put these properties in the order I think the price would be. Even the low end beach view apartments will be amazing on nextgen just to see those views with the better draw distance and awesome graphics!

Gtav on nextgen speculated additional extras

Hello everyone!

I've heard lots of different speculations on what the next gen version will include. Rockstar have confirmed new free weapons and a free garage and $500,000 for each story mode & online for existing PS3 or XB360 users when transferring to nextgen. Rockstar have also confirmed additional wildlife, denser traffic, major visual and technical upgrades like increased draw distance and higher resolutions. New foliage system, enhanced damage, weather effects and 100 new radio station songs, but, with the hype and the pressure building up for the imminent release everyone is now starting to speculate on 'leaked' information, which could all be a hoax, so don't get yourselves worked up or excited for things that may not happen as it will only dishearten you upon release day.

I've not known of many games companies that will deliver free updated content as regularly as Rockstar games do! I've seen a lot of negative responses to the 'missed' dlc on the years anniversary september 17th, which was never confirmed, only speculated.  Rockstar delivered an awesome addictive action packed game that we all love, so we all got what we paid for and more, without all the extra DLC's!
And yes if you want it on the new versions you'll have to pay for it again! It's a completely new game with a lot of bonus extras, "The world is going to feel more rich; it's going to be more vivid; it's going to be more alive," as Karl Slatoff from Take-Two said. "We think the value proposition will be very compelling."
Slatoff went on to say that Rockstar Games is intent on "delivering on a creative vision that will compel people to go out and lay out more money than they already have at this point."
GTAV will offer something "very special" not only in the form of better graphics but in the exclusive content!

am very excited about the new version, I think that it will give the game a brand new overhaul and feel. I personally expect to be able to access many more buildings. I'd like to see an available gym to build up strength and stamina, and hope that it'd physically change the appearance of your character! On story mode you currently see pumped up gym lovers, whereas I haven't noticed any on online. On both story and online I've seen larger bodied mpv's, so perhaps body size and shape would be an updated function on the character personalisations.
Something I've always wanted is a long hair option, so hopefully with the better graphics long hair will be an option! I'm also hoping for a new clothing range and some updated tattoos, mainly a sleeve that goes from shoulder to wrist, as currently it stops mid bicep!
Another feature that would be great is more interaction between players, whether that's in your home with games such as a football table, basketball hoop, gym, or just the current team winning actions such as fist bump, bro hug etc when out in freeroam.

I've preordered my copy and am counting down the days! (56!!)
Any new updated confirmed information I receive I will surely share on my blogs so please do follow me on Twitter @NeonPinkJenna! Thanks for reading 😃

Dukes muscle car information in GtaV on PS4/XB1/PC

Hello everyone!
I've been looking into one of the new cars in GtaV on next gen, The Dukes.
I've noticed it has appeared in previous gta series such as ;

In GTA Chinatown wars, A Spanish lords  "gang" variant of the car exists as a derivative of GTA Chinatown Wars' Dukes, featuring a yellow body with red undersides, an engine blower, and red neon underglow that lights up at night.

And GTA IV, a Dukes is requested as part of Stevie's Car thefts, appearing across the intersection from Modo in East Holland, Algonquin with unique cherry red paint and dark metallic red trim. As a new Dukes will respawn at the same spot until the player delivers one to s&m auto sales, the player can save one at their safe house before delivering another to Stevie.

There is also 'The Highway Reaper' variant of the Dukes ...

The imponte Dukes is a two-door muscle car. The Dukes has a supercharged 7.4 L V8 coupled to a four-speed gearbox in a FR layout, pumping out a ridiculous 750 horsepower. Unfortunately, most of the power cannot be transferred to the road due to the heavy steel body, small number of available gears, and relatively small, undersized tires that result in wheel slip under full throttle in low gear. Acceleration is lacking, but the Dukes has a decent top speed of 156 mph (252 km/h). Lending to its design generation (mid 1960s to early 1970s), the Dukes has one of the softest suspensions on any vehicle, generating massive body roll in turns and resulting in unimpressive, sluggish handling, but the incredible amount of power delivered to the rear wheels causes massive oversteer, though, with practice, the player can powerslide with great ease, making the Dukes one of the most impressive powersliding vehicles in-game. The Dukes' handling characteristics and poor suspension requires cautious use of the gas and steering, as the car can easily spin out and fishtail. Braking on the Dukes is, as expected, poor. The large rear drum brakes, coupled with the large steel body and weak and undersized front discs make for extended stopping distances and front wheel lockup. Considering its age, ABS is unsurprisingly not available on the Dukes.

Crash deformation is acceptable, and thanks to its very heavy chassis, the Dukes can take many direct hits before failing/catching fire, making this vehicle good for long-distance travel or dangerous driving. However, using the Dukes as a getaway vehicle is not recommended, due to its sluggish and heavy handling, which opens an opportunity for higher level law enforcement to push the vehicle off the road and quickly disable it.

Off-roading in the Dukes is surprisingly not as horrendous as it's design would suggest. While a lack of ABS and sub-par handling make sliding extremely common on surfaces such as grass and sand, an experienced player can use this to their advantage by using long powerslides around corners and giving any pursuers the slip. Steep hills should be avoided, as with all vehicles while off-road, however, if this proves impossible, the Dukes tends to be able to literally muscle it's way over many obstacles players wouldn't expect, such as medium sized rocks and steep inclines. This can cause damage to your vehicle however, caution is advised.
